Mindfulnesstraining 8-weeks

Do you also feel like sitting in the waiting room until everything returns back to normal? Maybe it′s time to stop waiting, but just be with what is here now. Enter into the experience by consciously training the attention and becoming more aware of living in the moment. Accepting life here and now. But also being aware, if accepting is difficult for you in the moment. In this experience training you learn to deal differently with situations that are part of life. By meditating you learn to take good care of yourself in a different way than you may be used to. It′s not about what comes by, but how you deal with it. When people ask me what mindfulness brings me, I can wholeheartedly say: more presence through more balance between body and mind.
